  • Use of Aydi Restaurants India Private Limited and “Si Nonna’s” registered trademarks, designs and/or logos without the express written consent of Company is prohibited.
  • Unless otherwise indicated, the Website and all content and other materials therein including without limitation to all trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on the Website are registered and/ or unregistered trademarks of Aydi Restaurants India Private Limited and and/or of its holding, affiliate and/or associate companies or entities, and/or third parties (including the Company) who have authorized right to their use (collectively the “Trademarks”). These Trademarks and related proprietary property are protected from reproduction and simulation under national and international laws and are not to be copied or used in any manner or in any medium without the express written permission of the Company.
  • The text, graphics (except the Trademarks as noted above) and code contained in the Website are the exclusive property of the Company. Except where otherwise noted, the text, graphics and webpage code contained in the Website may not be modified, copied, distributed, displayed, reproduced uploaded or transmitted in any form or by any means without the prior written permission of the Company.

Company reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violation of these Terms by the User.
